The Story of
And Everything Nice

There once was a man named Professor Utonium who used the ingredients sugar, spice, and everything nice to create the Powerpuff Girls — a show that was one of my absolute favourites growing up, and the inspiration behind the name And Everything Nice.

Hi, my name is Olivia, and I am the owner of And Everything Nice, a small baking business based in Footscray, Melbourne, specialising in royal icing sugar cookies.

When I was little, we had a neighbour who would always bring the most delicious sugar cookies for the holidays. I was completely fascinated by them and always knew I wanted to learn to bake like her one day.

Slowly, baking became more than just a hobby — it became a creative outlet during some stressful and heavy times in my life. And I quickly realised… I wasn’t half bad at it! I started making cookies for family celebrations and birthdays, and I would constantly get asked, “Why don’t you start your own cookie business?”

So after years of thinking about it, I finally took a leap of faith, and with plenty of encouragement from my brother and best friends, I officially launched And Everything Nice in May 2025.

While fondant cookies are beautiful, I’ve always loved the look and taste of royal icing and the endless customisation possibilities that come just from a piping bag and a little imagination! My cookies are handmade, and handpiped, giving you a unique creation that tastes as good as it looks.

Whether you’re after something simple or a show-stopping design, I love helping make your event extra special — one cookie at a time.
