Order Processing & Shipping Times
Preparation for orders begins once full payment is received, which may include purchasing ingredients and/or packaging. Orders are scheduled based on the delivery or event date selected at checkout. Timing will vary depending on order type, complexity, and current production schedule, particularly for custom or large orders.
Shipping Methods
Australia-wide delivery is available with standard and express shipping options at checkout. Local pick-up is available from Footscray, Melbourne VIC 3011 by appointment.
Delivery Delays & Liability
Delivery times are estimates only. Once orders have been handed to Australia Post or courier services, And Everything Nice is not responsible for delays caused by postal networks, weather events, or external disruptions.
Order Accuracy & Non-Delivery
All orders are packed with care to ensure accuracy and safe transport. Any issues with damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, including photographic evidence.
